Fee Distribution

PananaSwap applies protocol-level fees in a transparent and deterministic manner.

All fees are enforced at the smart contract level and are publicly verifiable on-chain.

Fee Sources

Fees on PananaSwap may originate from:

  • Swap execution fees

  • Liquidity provider fees (paid to external pools)

Only protocol-level fees collected by PananaSwap are covered in this section.

Protocol Fee Scope

PananaSwap protocol fees apply only to:

  • Successfully executed swaps

  • Transactions routed through PananaSwap-supported contracts

No fees are charged for:

  • Wallet connections

  • Viewing analytics

  • Browsing the interface

Liquidity Provider Fees

Liquidity provider (LP) fees are:

  • Determined by the underlying liquidity pool

  • Paid directly to liquidity providers

  • Not controlled by PananaSwap

These fees vary by protocol and pool configuration and are independent of PananaSwap’s protocol fee.

VIP Fee Adjustments

Protocol fees are adjusted based on VIP tier.

  • Higher VIP levels receive reduced protocol fees

  • Fee tiers are fixed and publicly documented

  • Adjustments are applied automatically

VIP fee reductions affect only the protocol fee portion and do not alter LP fees.

On-Chain Enforcement

All fee logic is enforced by smart contracts.

  • Fees cannot be modified per user or per transaction

  • No manual intervention is possible

  • Fee parameters are deterministic

This ensures consistent execution across all users.

Fee Transparency

Users can verify fee distribution by:

  1. Inspecting transaction receipts

  2. Reviewing smart contract execution data

  3. Comparing pre- and post-swap balances

All protocol fees are visible on-chain.

No Hidden Charges

PananaSwap does not apply:

  • Hidden spreads

  • Interface-only markups

  • Off-chain fee adjustments

All fees are explicitly defined and enforced at execution.

Fee Collection Address

Protocol fees are routed to designated on-chain addresses.

  • Addresses are publicly visible

  • Fee flows are traceable

  • No custodial control over user funds

These addresses may be updated according to protocol governance or operational needs.

Fee Distribution Policy

Collected protocol fees may be used for:

  • Infrastructure maintenance

  • Development and operations

  • Security improvements

PananaSwap does not redistribute protocol fees to users unless explicitly stated.

Disclaimer

Fee structures may evolve over time.

Any material changes to protocol fees will be documented prior to implementation.
