Manual Review & Support

PananaSwap’s VIP Program is designed to operate through automated, rule-based systems.

Manual reviews are intended as a limited support mechanism, not as a replacement for documented VIP rules or automated upgrades.

When Manual Review May Apply

A manual review may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Displayed VIP status does not reflect expected cumulative volume

  • Dashboard data appears inconsistent for an extended period

  • Prolonged pending upgrade state beyond the documented validation window

  • Technical issues related to data indexing or aggregation

Manual reviews focus on data accuracy, not eligibility exceptions.

When Manual Review Does Not Apply

Manual review will not be provided for:

  • Requests to bypass VIP volume thresholds

  • Requests for immediate upgrades without completing validation windows

  • Disputes based on fee outcomes or trading performance

  • Claims related to market conditions or price execution

VIP benefits are granted strictly according to documented rules.

Review Process Overview

When a manual review is initiated:

  1. The wallet address is reviewed against recorded swap activity

  2. On-chain data and internal aggregation are reconciled

  3. Any confirmed discrepancies are corrected

  4. Outcomes are reflected in the VIP Dashboard

Manual reviews do not alter protocol rules or create special exceptions.

Response Time and Expectations

  • Review timelines may vary depending on complexity

  • Not all requests result in changes

  • Users may be asked to provide transaction references

PananaSwap aims to address valid issues efficiently while maintaining fairness across all users.

Support Channels

Official support and communication channels are published within the PananaSwap interface and documentation.

Users are advised to rely only on verified channels to avoid misinformation or impersonation.

Commitment to Fairness

The VIP Program is governed by transparent rules applied equally to all participants.

Manual review exists solely to correct genuine data issues — not to override system design.
